Judith E. Berger

President and CEO

Judi founded the company in 1978 and has over 35 years of physician recruitment experience. In addition to her marketing and recruiting responsibilities, she advises and consults with clients in the areas of medical staff planning and development, and has served as an expert witness and a speaker on related subjects. Judi served for twelve years as Chairperson of the Ethics Committee of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and is one of its founding members.

Stephen G. Schoen

Executive Director and Senior Search Consultant

Stephen has 20 years of experience recruiting physicians for hospitals and medical groups, both multi- and single specialty practices. He has authored several articles on physician recruitment and retention. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, the trade association that sets the standards and guidelines for the industry.

Scott Berger comes to the firm with several years of information technology experience within the telecommunications and customer relations management industries. His current responsibilities include the application of web-based and internet communication technologies to streamline and enhance the overall recruitment function on behalf of our clients and physicians seeking up to date information about the current specialty job market.

Erin Victoria Elliot

Director of Medical Staffing

Erin came to MDR with years of recruiting and employee relation experience and specializes in Primary Care, Pediatric Sub-specialties and Cardiology searches. Since joining the team in 2008 Erin has become a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) through the Academy of Medical Management. Her current responsibilities include full spectrum recruiting for major health systems in Virginia, Florida, New York, New Jersey and California. Erin is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruitment, the Academy of Medical Management, the Society of Human Resource Management and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. She also sits as a Social Chair for First Choice and is a Board Member of the Greater Miami Penn State University Alumni Chapter
